嗨，大家好，我是马恋。在陕西榆林师范学院毕业后，又于陕西科技商贸学院深造3年。我喜欢运动，喜欢跟孩子一块玩。幼教行业是我做的最开心的工作。在工作中，通过经验的积累与自我的沉淀，逐步形成了独特的带班风格，引导孩子在日常生活中大胆表达自己的想法，并尊重孩子提出的意见，鼓励孩子自主探索与解决，培养其获得所需要的优秀品质。
