嗨，大家好！我是黎金雨，毕业于广东肇庆学院，学前教育专业，一滴水就是一个海洋，一个孩子就是一个世界，陶行知先生曾说过：“教人要从小教起，幼儿比如幼苗，必须培养得宜，方能茁壮成长。”在工作中，通过经验的积累，逐步形成了独特带班风格，了解孩子的“一百种语言”，走进孩子的心灵，对不同年龄段的幼儿园，因材施教，培养孩子们所需要的优秀品质。我的教育理想是坚定“保持一颗童心，把爱心献给孩子，做孩子们的好朋友！”
